NexGard Spectra Tablets for Dogs provide broad parasite protection against fleas, ticks and selected internal parasites.
NexGard Spectra is a veterinarian-prescribed chewable treatment designed for dogs requiring protection against mixed infestations of external and internal parasites. Its two active ingredients, afoxolaner and milbemycin oxime, work together to target a range of important parasites.
Afoxolaner provides treatment against flea infestations and tick infestations, while milbemycin oxime is active against certain intestinal worms and is used in the prevention of heartworm disease. The authorised product is intended for dogs where treatment against fleas, ticks or mites is indicated together with one or more of the relevant internal parasites.
