This Tamiya kit recreates the iconic German SD.Kfz.222 light armoured car as used by the Afrika Korps. At 1/35 scale, this assembly model captures fine welded-hull details, open turret with mesh screens, and includes figures, markings and accessories to produce a historically accurate display piece.

Use & Build Tips
- Dry-fit turret mesh before gluing to avoid misalignment
- Use desert yellow / dark yellow paints (Tamiya TS-3 / XF-60 etc.) for base colour followed by weathering for realism
- Sand off flash from weld seams to preserve sharp tank panel lines
- Display with the included motorcycle figure for dynamic diorama setups
