This compact cordless detail sander combines high-speed reciprocating motion with interchangeable precision sanding heads, giving makers greater control when smoothing surfaces, refining edges and finishing detailed components.
Powered by a true reciprocating linear motor, NeoSander operates at up to 13,000 strokes per minute with an adjustable 0.6–1.8mm stroke length. Its compact 89g body is designed for controlled, detailed work where a larger sanding tool can be difficult to manoeuvre.
The Premium Combo includes a complete 64-piece colour-coded sanding head collection, providing eight different head shapes with eight grit options. The interchangeable system allows you to switch between sanding heads rather than repeatedly changing individual sheets of sandpaper.
Designed for 3D Printing & Model Making
NeoSander is particularly useful for 3D print post-processing, model making, miniature projects and fine crafts. It can be used on suitable resin, PLA, ABS and wood surfaces, as well as metal, automotive paint and powder coating when paired with appropriate sanding materials.
